How can I book a collection?
- Book through this website — it takes about ninety seconds.
- Download the Collect4All app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Message us on Facebook.
- Call us on 0191 654 0014 and we will arrange it for you.
What items do you accept?
A range of clothing and household items, as long as they are in good, wearable condition: clothes, shoes, accessories, perfumes, bags, books, CDs, DVDs, bedding, and household electrical items in good working order.
If you do not post plastic charity bags, what do I put my clothes in?
Reuse your own bags or boxes. If you would rather, we can knock on the door and you can hand them to us.
What happens to my donated items?
Donated clothes are sorted and graded in our warehouse. Depending on quality they are shipped abroad or sold to local organisations, and that is how the funds for the charities are generated.
My items do not fit in one bag. What should I do?
Use as many bags and boxes as you need. Put them all together in one place on the collection day and our drivers will take the lot.
What if my bags have not been collected?
Call us on 0191 654 0014 or email info@collect4all.co.uk and we will arrange another collection for you.
